All of our guests loved not only the food, but also Peggy the bartender. We could not have asked for better food or better service and we just wanted to let you know that. The food was delicious and well prepared, the servers capable and friendly, and the overall presentation was inviting and elegant.

 

Although the circumstances were not what anyone would want, your professionalism and helpfulness, combined with your wonderful catering repertoire, made it possible for my family to gather and remember my father-in-law in a comfortable and well-prepared setting.

Robin,

When we first realized we needed a caterer, our wedding invitations vendor recommended Robin to us. Robin was willing to drive over thirty minutes to meet with my family, my fiancé and myself to discuss menus and pricing. She then set up a tasting time for us to come to her kitchen. If we weren't already sold on her tilapia and her chicken dishes before that time, we certainly were willing to commit that day. Robin's food was absolutely delicious! After tasting the chicken and stuffing, we wanted more. Robin even set up a meeting with us at our venue to help us plan where the buffet would be and so forth. Her experience made it real easy to decide table placement for all of the different items such as food, DJ, cake, etc. On the day of our wedding, one of Robin's staff had an emergency, but all of her other staff members and she worked double hard and made our day just as special as we had pictured. We had nothing but wonderful comments from our guests about the hors d oeuvres and the entrees. If we ever have the opportunity to throw a big party again, we would love to invite Robin back for a second round!

I would like to recommend Robin Ryan to be your exclusive caterer.  She recently catered my son's wedding with the utmost respect and responsibility.  She answered all of our questions in a prompt manner, whether by phone or email. Robin was very willing to adapt her menu choices to accommodate our personal preferences.  On the morning of the wedding, Robin's assistant was notified of a family emergency.  Robin handled the crisis without missing a beat with the catering. 

I was very pleased at her professionalism throughout the entire process. The food was prepared and displayed beautifully and was absolutely delicious.  I would definitely recommend Robin to friends looking for a caterer.  If given the opportunity, I will hire her again.

Dear Robin,

You know that we retained your services for a surprise birthday party for my wife who is very accustomed to providing her own entertaining support and therefore an accomplished critic of cooks in her kitchen!  As a result of your taking over her kitchen as a surprise, the feedback from our 40 + guests was incredible.  The food was well beyond normal expectations in both quality and variation. If I recall correctly, my wife penned a thank you note for your efforts, she was extremely happy with the presentation and service to her closest friends and family.

When the event was over, I didn’t have to pick up or clean anything, a real bonus. Your professionalism combined with your genuine concern for the satisfaction of all participants is both refreshing and exemplary. You also allowed me a large selection of entrees to select from, all of which exemplified your cooking talents.

To Whom It May Concern:

On April 19, 2008 we were married in Cocoa Florida. As anyone knows a Wedding is a very stressful event. We had our reception catered by “Chef’s Touch Catering”.  Thank heaven for Robin and her staff.  From the very beginning Robin was a very professional person to deal with.  I never had to worry about anything she promised us.  A Chef’s Touch Catering met and exceeded all of our expectations.  Robin and her staff were courteous, timely, and friendly.  The food was out of this world.  Our entire party commented on how good the food was and they still talk about it!  They provide a wonderful menu at extremely reasonable prices.  We had plenty of food with no chance of running low for our guest.  We have and will continue to highly recommend Robin and “A Chef’s Touch Catering” to anyone looking for a caterer.

Robin,

What a wonderful evening we had!  The food was absolutely delicious.  We've been enjoying the leftovers and sent some to the minister and his wife (who couldn't attend as she was sick).  You should be proud!  Lots of people commented on the food and our minister and church secretary (announcer/helper) took your business cards.  I hope you get some business from it.  I will certainly pass your name around.   Also, thank you for helping Leigh and Erik find the venue.  It was exactly what she had in mind.
